Gerry Pate is a national award-winning photographer working in the upstate of South Carolina. During the past thirty years, he has worked professionally as a photojournalist for several southeastern U.S. newspapers. As a freelance contractor for events, news, performances, portraiture, and more, Pate draws on the reflexes of his photojournalist experience to deliver candid and spontaneous imagery to clients with a variety of needs, while maintaining low overhead and keeping prices competitive.
